TydenBrooks Terms & Conditions


Prices shown are in GBP.  Prices are subject to change without notice.

TydenBrooks reserves the right to amend the unit price quoted in this agreement on a quarterly basis, with a 30 day written notification, due to the current volatility in the steel and plastic raw materials markets.


TydenBrooks will accept Minimum order quantity as specified on the product pages.

PO’s under minimum will be up-charged to the dollar amount stated above on the stock product.  Any PO for under the minimum quantity on custom product will not be accepted.  The above does not include shipping costs.  See Domestic Freight terms and conditions that follows.


Unless mutually agreed upon in advance, TydenBrooks reserves the right to use any products and/or images of products manufactured in conjunction with marketing and promotional efforts.


Shipping charges will be prepaid and added to your invoices or online purchases, or you may arrange to ship your orders “collect” via your preferred carrier.  All shipments will be in standard corrugated boxes.

Customer requests for expedited shipment (i.e., UPS next day air) must be submitted to TydenBrooks in writing and will be prepaid and added to the respective invoice.


Delivery time varies between product lines. Most customized products will be dispatched upon confirmation from customer services team, lead times will vary based on production. You must contact 01634 393 570 to discuss your requirements with customer services. TydenBrooks offers a Standard, Stocked Products program for stock items, including stock items for purchase online. Fast Ship items will typically ship within 3-4 business days from the date of order.


Products are sold only in standard packs that are published on our web site and product sheets. Custom packaging is available at additional cost. Please contact us for more information. 

With the exception of consecutively numbered product and unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, the quantity of any order is subject to tolerance of +/- 10%.  Variance from initial order quantity will be identified on all shipping documents and invoices will be billed when shipped.

Custom orders average will be confirmed by customer services.  Lead-times may vary depending on production backlog.  Please verify lead-time at time of order.


Each customized seal is custom marked for identification purposes.  Once the customized order is placed in manufacturing, it cannot be cancelled. For full return policy, see Return Policy below.


Terms are NET 30 days from date of TydenBrooks invoice. Preferred method of payment at time of the order is through credit or debit card. We accept all major cards including Visa and MasterCard except for American Express.


All promotional discounts offered by TydenBrooks via special offers and other methods apply only to the single, related order placed in response and within the stated timeframe and conditions, unless otherwise stated in the individual offer. Promotional discounts do not apply to any previous contractual or long-term agreements or pricing terms. Special pricing discounts may not be extended beyond the individual date specified within each offer.


Minimum quantities for Standard Security Seals purchased online are noted above. Minimum quantities for Custom Security Seals (specially marked, numbered, or otherwise manufactured to specifications that differ from the prescribed Standard, Stocked Products specifications) vary depending on product. Please call customer services 01634 393 570 for minimum order quantities for customized products.

Only Standard Security Seals are available for purchase through TydenBrooks.co.uk with a valid credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard) or pre-approved Purchase Order. Custom Security Seals may be ordered through TydenBrooks.co.uk via our Request For Quotation form. A representative will respond to RFQs for Custom Security Seals to ensure thoroughness and accuracy of the order and compliance of associated requirements prior to processing.

Online transactions may only be processed in GBP, and only for orders within and for the United Kingdom and its processions, as listed on TydenBrooks.co.uk.

All Tax-Exempt customers must provide a valid VAT Number and any certificates to TydenBrooks before these orders can be processed.

Shipping for all online orders are to be paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed upon and are not refundable. TydenBrooks reserves the right to make final determination.

Carton amounts as noted for each product on TydenBrooks.co.uk cannot be customized.

In most cases, online orders for Standard Products will ship within 3-4 business days of order receipt and payment authorization.

Original shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds will be issued only to the same credit card used at the time of purchase. Refunds typically post to an account 3 to 5 days after the items are received. Shipping charges cannot be refunded if a cancelled order has been shipped. A 25% stocking and processing charge applies to all returned orders purchased through TydenBrooks.co.uk.

RETURN POLICY:             

Due to the nature of our security products, customized items cannot be returned once the order is in production.  This policy is in place to ensure the integrity of all security seal shipments from our facility. TydenBrooks will gladly accept items back in the event an error was made on our part.    

Returns will not be accepted without prior written authorization from TydenBrooks.

TydenBrooks reserves the right to grant a return for other than the reason specified above; however, a 25% restock fee will applied to the return.

Buyer may not take upfront deductions for returns, shortages, damages, and picking errors. A credit, if applicable, will follow.

Original shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds will be issued only to the same credit card used at the time of purchase. Refunds typically post to an account 3 to 5 days after the items are received.


TydenBrooks and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, TydenBrooks does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by TydenBrooks itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. 


This site is provided by TydenBrooks on an "as is" and "as available" basis. TydenBrooks makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this site or the information, content, materials, or products presented on this site. You expressly agree that your use of this site and products are at your sole risk. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, TydenBrooks disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. TydenBrooks does not warrant that this site, its servers, or e-mail sent from tydenbrooks are free of viruses or other harmful components. TydenBrooks will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site or its products, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. Certain laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights. 


All items purchased from TydenBrooks are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.                                         

Shortages must be noted by Buyer on the Bill of Lading with the carrier’s signature at the time of delivery and an invoice number to ensure proper credit.

Seller must be notified within three (3) business days of delivery of any shipping errors or issues (overages/shortages/picking errors).

Buyer may not take upfront deductions for returns, shortages, damages, and picking errors. A credit, if applicable, will follow.


Customer is responsible for national sales or use taxes. These taxes will be applied to your invoiced shipment if TydenBrooks does not have a current copy of your tax exemption certificate on file.            


TydenBrooks shall not be liable for loss or damage of any kind resulting from delay or inability to deliver on account of fire, labor problems, terrorism, accidents, acts of military authorities, or from other causes beyond our control.


TydenBrooks warrants products for a period of six (6) months from the date of invoice to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service.  As sole remedy for breach of the above warranty, TydenBrooks shall replace, repair or credit at its option, products that are defective in materials or workmanship.  Buyer shall notify TydenBrooks of any claims under this warranty within 3 business days the discovery of any defect or nonconformity.  Warranty claims will require submission of defect samples for TydenBrooks evaluation.
