The Dairy Transport Assurance Scheme UK and Dairy UK have created a handbook of guidelines on set by the UK government, which members of the scheme have been working with since 2013. Its goal is to ensure the supply of milk in the U.K. is safe by focusing UK law on preventing contamination rather than simply responding to it.
Milk Collection: A Precarious Process
